The Lofts are located at BLDG2, 10 Bridge Street, Winsted, Connecticut in a complex of two 19th century mill buildings containing approximately 100,000 square feet. Mad River Lofts has work spaces/offices for small business geared towards technology, professionals, artists, and artisans. There is a collaboration space for informal meetings, presentations or just hanging out shared by all residents. All-inclusive rent includes utilities (heat, a/c & electricity) and WiFi. Residents are encouraged to collaborate and share their and expertise with other resident.

Winsted is conveniently located at the intersection of Routes 8 and 44. It is an easy reverse commute from areas west of Hartford and points south in addition to all areas of the surrounding Northwest Corner.
