  A: Yes, with a $200 deposit, we can hold the apartment.

• Q: Is the deposit refundable?

  A: Yes, the deposit gets fully refunded is the apartment is left in the same condition it was found.

• Q: Who needs a cosigner?

  A: If your income isn't sufficient, or there are some issues with a credit report, having a cosigner may be an option.

• Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

• Q: How do I pay rent?

  A: Rent can be paid through your online portal.

• Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

  A: If you'd like a pet, please contact us about what type of pet you'd like to see if it is approved for your apartment. Most pets will be subject to a non-refundable pet fee.

• Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

  A: This option may be available if you are generating sufficient income on your own to support rent. Please contact us.

• Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

  A: Please contact us in writing at least 30 days before you'd like to move out so we can schedule a move-out walk-through.
